As a way of honoring student achievement, the KEC inducts qualifying students into the National Technical Honor Society each year.  This is a way to help students develop self-esteem & pride and encourage them to reach for higher levels of achievement.

			NTHS Requirements

Students must:

• be nominated by their KEC instructor
• represent exemplary achievement in the Career & Technical classroom
• maintain a minimum B average for three quarters in their KEC class
• have at least a 90% attendance rate
• display a positive attitude, honesty, dependability, responsibility and the ability to work well in the classroom
